I would like to invite you all to please consider carving out 20-30 minutes of your time by attending the meditation sessions held on Wednesdays at 16:30. Anyone is welcome–staff, postdocs, PhD + Masters students–while no experience is necessary.
I copy below the outline I had sent a while back, followed by the schedule for the next couple of months. I will occasionally send a reminder email!

This is aimed at being a vital resource for those who would like to take a break for 10, 20, or 30 mins. I have guided meditations for students/faculty/etc at UMass Amherst for 5 years, having established the non-denominational meditation group that still functions today on campus. It is my hope that those of you here in Bonn may find your own version of meditation to be a life tool to hold onto, which can especially be used in the course of a work day.
-20-30 min meditation
(some guiding by myself, but with lots of time for silent contemplation–slightly different meditation topics/themes will be introduced each week)
-2-3 minutes discussion (voluntary but highly encouraged!! (: )
